To be the most sustainable I use the Made to Order business model.
So please be conscious when deciding purchases.

I am happy to credit 110% minus any shipping costs, or exchange, if available, for any unused goods within 14 days of delivery.

This is provided that we receive the goods in original condition and packaging.

Returns/Repairs will be approved at my discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the purchaser.

I suggest using PayPal as they cover return shipping costs when eligible. See here for details.

Repairs
I use quality but delicate materials in my handmade pieces and do offer a 9 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear especially given the delicate nature of some of the materials.) Fine chains will snap under pressure.

It will be at my discretion to replace or repair your damaged product with proof of purchase.

I offer one free mend repair for necklaces and one hoop replacement, in the lifetime (outside of warranty) of your treasure & any ongoing repairs will be at minimal cost, not retail priced.

To be truely sustainable is too repair and reuse.

If your repair is an old design and I no longer have the materials required to fix the item, I am happy to discuss a custom remake with you.

For items handmade by our fellow artisans (mostly rings, cuffs etc) we can not repair in-house.

If out of warranty we suggest having the item repaired by a local jeweller.

In addition I will supply you with some store credit towards your next keepsake.

For all broken jewels/repairs please email me photos of the item and info on how the piece was broken.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, in the post please contact me with your specific problem and I will get back to you with info.

I do not cover return postage costs for damage caused in transit.
Please contact for additional insurance if this is a concern.
Australia post only offers up to $100 for their standard services.

All items are QC before shipping gift wrapped and packed in padded and or boxed packaging.
